Yes. The bot pulls decoration pricing from your tier matrix and applies setup fees, screen charges, or digitization automatically. For unusual jobs, it escalates to a CSR with the partial quote attached.
Can it handle Canadian suppliers and pricing?

Yes - we support SanMar Canada, Debco, alphabroder Canada, and other Canadian suppliers natively, plus CAD pricing and Canadian decoration mins/setup.
